UK Standard Shipping on Equipment £5.99 (only available on stocked items), Delivery to Highlands and Islands is approx £14.99.

RETURNS

All returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@thecricketpro.co.uk detailing what the defect or damage is to obtain a Returns form. After receiving a returns form, place the item securely in its original packaging after completing the form.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and advise using a traceable method of delivery.

Refunds are not available on personalised orders unless the products are defective.
