All returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com detailing what the defect or damage is to obtain a Returns form. After receiving a returns form, place the item securely in its original packaging after completing the form.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and advise using a traceable method of delivery.
Refunds are not available on personalised orders unless the products are defective.
Returns will not be accepted if products have been used, worn or cleaned. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any items where the tags have been removed or the packaging damaged.
Any products that are deemed faulty or defected will require photographic evidence, manufacturers will offer a warranty on their products. We will need to review the fault with the manufacturer, the final decision will be made by the manufacturer and at their discretion.
